This says what modulesnap does with your personal data when you use our online booking.

Who is responsible

modulesnap, is the data controller.

What we hold

• Who you are — your name, your email, your phone, and whatever else you told us when you registered.
• What you booked — your bookings, whether you turned up, and your level or handicap if we keep one.
• What you paid — your invoices and your payments. Never your card number: our payment provider holds that, not us.

Why, and on what basis

• To give you what you booked and to run your account, because that is the contract between us.
• To issue and keep your invoices, because the law requires it.
• To keep the service working and safe, because we have a legitimate interest in it.
• To send you news or offers, only if you asked for them, and you can stop that whenever you want.

Who else sees it

• The company that provides and runs this software for us, as our processor: under contract, on our instructions, and for nothing else.
• Our payment provider, which is responsible in its own right for the card data it handles.
• A public authority, when the law obliges us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account with us, and after that for as long as the law makes us keep the records — invoices in particular. Then we delete it or leave it unattributable.

What you can ask us for

You can ask to see your data, to correct it, to delete it, to take it elsewhere, or to object to something we do with it. Write to us and we will answer. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies

Only what the site needs to work: the cookie that keeps you signed in and the one that protects the forms. No advertising, no tracking.
