These terms cover everything you book, buy or pay for online from modulesnap. Booking or paying means you accept them, so please read them first.

What you are buying

A booking gives you the use of the court, the tee time, the class or the service named on it, on the date and at the time shown, for the people it covers. It is personal, and it is not a membership or a right to that slot on any other day.

Prices and taxes

The price shown when you book is the price you pay, tax included unless the page says otherwise. Anything you add — a racket, a buggy, a guest — is priced separately and shown to you before you pay.

Payment

Payment is taken when you book, through our payment provider. We never see or keep your card number: it goes straight to the provider, who is certified to handle it. If the payment is refused, the booking is not made.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel from your account for as long as our cancellation window allows. The window, and any charge that applies, are shown on the booking itself; outside it the booking is not refundable. If we have to cancel — weather, maintenance, an incident — you get the whole amount back, or another slot if you prefer one.

No right of withdrawal

A booking is a leisure service for a specific date and time, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it. What you have instead are the cancellation rights above.

Using the facilities

Being on site means following our rules and the staff’s instructions: the times, the dress code, the equipment and the safety notices. We can refuse or end access to anyone who ignores them or puts others at risk, and a booking ended that way is not refunded.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first and we will answer you. If we cannot settle it between us, you can take it to the consumer protection body where you live; where the law requires one, the official complaint form is available at reception.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of the country we operate in, and any dispute goes to its courts — unless the law protecting you as a consumer sends it to the courts where you live.
